![]() ![]() These pics were taken 5 months ago after my 1st cycle. Im bloated, my bf% is high. I weigh about 215. When the pics were taken I was benching 275lbs for like 1 rep...... You can't see well in these pics because they aren't good quality. I was bloated but the outline of my abs still showed when these pics were taken. Now im on my 2nd cycle of test cypionate. Im nearing 240lbs, benching 330lbs for 1 rep. Don't feel bad harmonic, my bf% is high too. I haven't had it tested during this cycle but im guessing its about 15%. I'll post my new pics once I cut down to 10%. You guys get off harmonics back.. flame me now... Because when I start competing (this summer hopefully) i'll make all you flamers suck my dick!! P.S. Good pic's bro... Couple things bro (constructive critizisim) forearm work is a must, calves could be a little wider (thicker)....other than that keep it going bro!! I at times do not do these body part's being in a rush all the time....But one thing is for sure it is not the good parts people see, they focus on the weaker body parts...Know what I mean! thanks for the suggestions biz.. everything is a bit bigger now though, test is good stuff. i do admit, i have been slack on calves. i work hard on quads, but calves are usually at the end of my routine so if im rushing i don't get a good calve workout. I have never directly worked forearms, but my forearms get a good pump when I do deadlifts because of gripping the bar.. guess i need to start hitting them seperatly. Mike001: thanks for the compliment but i must critique my traps.. they are ok at best in these pics. They are quite a bit larger now that im on a heavier cycle, they look a little better. By the way, my traps exploded when I started doing heavy deadlifts. So for all who want big traps, start deadlifting. Also.. take the heaviest dumbells u can do 8-10 shrugs with and use them.. I take 120lbs dumbbells, imagine you are trying to touch your shoulders to your ears, hold them and squeeze! OUCH! that hurts! Then load a bar w/ as heavy weight as u can do for 8-10 reps and do shrugs, same way.. try to touch your shoulders to your ears. The heavier the weight, the better my traps respond. 315 on barbell shrugs is a good weight for me. I need to widen my back more.... but im working on it.. Matrix: I'm 6'3 in those pics my arms were 16 inches. Currently 17". greenhouse: back is decent, but i need to work on it more. i'll show ya in the updated pics after this cycle. back2basics: yes, i agree on the shoulders. As of right now, I have decent shoulders, I've been doing alot of clean and presses, behind the neck presses and alot of arnold presses. In the pic I was holding water and my bf% was high so I know its hard to see the seperation between my delts and bi's. Pitbull: The pics were taken 5 months ago after my first cycle. I have no problem pointing out all of my weak points. After all, I have improved upon most of those weak points by now, but I still need overall size, symmetry is ok. Rainhorn: u asked what current situation was. Im 6'3, nearing 240lbs. Not sure of exact weight, it fluctuates between 235-240lbs. About 20-25lbs heavier then those pics I posted. After I lose some of this body fat i'll post some pics of me hopefully weighing in around 220 w/ less bodyfat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well done young man, keep up the effort it will payoff in the end. Focus on the Body parts that lag, hit them harder and with more intensity and they come right up.
