To be honest... It looks like you got a tan and its 3 years later from the first pic. But you have made progress, I'll give you that. You just need to FOCUS on cutting not bulking AT ALL.

I can see the diff. But as the guys say cut up....Im sure when you get rid of the fat you look good!!
At least you do not have to juice to lose weight, just hit the cardio..
