I am strongly considering hanging up the pads after this next season and attempting the stage (body building contest)..... Well I have never trained for the state but as told by a body building overall winner at a game of mine in buffalo he said I had the frame that can take me to a level I have never imagined....I did not beleave him...

Well my lady thinks my "package is complete...(LOL!!I will take some pic's after this cycle...... I have the build of Junior Seau No freakyness to me at all....I am better lokking than him though..LOL!!!

The only disadvantage that you will have in that weight range is your heigth. I've competed at 230 @5'9" and felt really small next to a taller person. I would recommend that you drop into a lighter weight class so that your heigth isn't an issue. Good Luck

Well, Biz, what are you hoping for with the cycle? Temporary mass gains, more permanent mass gains, gains in strength, or a reduction in bodyfat? -MO | ||

I am going into a serious MASS phase...Then I will cut down to the size I would like to compete Which will be around 200 pnds,,, ------------------ GET BIG GUY'S!!!!!!!!! | ||

bro.. i've always wanted to compete, but im so afraid of losing strength. I like the mass look more then the competition/cut look myself. Im contimplating the same thing...good luck bro. | ||

I say dont worry about your height so much bro..hell I only have 1" on you at 208lbs and 11.0%bf, and may consider me a "Big" guy. I say go for it, your a fan of the blond myth as am I, shoot for it bro...tis better to regret something youve done, than to regret something you havent done...
