thats about the same diet i'll be using when i start to cut up in january, except i'll be eating more carbs. I'm not looking to enter a competition, I just want to be around 10%. I should be able to get there in no time w/ lower carbs, ECA, cardio, cardio and more cardio!!!!! .. oh and don't forget the EQ!

Maybe the holiday stress is getting to me, maybe it is idiotic questions I have to read all day. Might get me some negative feedback, But, here goes...

This is not a flame. Question #1, are you braindead? Just because a pro uses this diet does not mean it will work for you. It actually means that it will least likely work for you.

You need to play around and find out what works for you, I could show you my contest diet and it will probably make you fat as hell. Nothing but Dairy and Veggies, with plenty of Soy no Whey. 3,750 calories up until contest day. If you want it I can e-mail my diet to you, I guarantee it will make you fat.

Do you think EQ and Winny will solve your fat problems? You should get an androgen in to prevent muscle loss.

"Rips up and diets down" What the hell?!?! You should get a smack upside the head for that.

EQ/Winny, please tell me you don't plan on bulking with this after your "professional diet", you should use something a little stronger than that. Try some sustenon for better results.

Dont't Depend on everyone here to solve your problems. You need to get yourself educated. So I don't have to answer your messages again.

Sorry I have to cut it short. Leave me your e-mail address and I will fill your box with my rant.

like the idea of the nuts here though the carbs are low and thats why you are tired. fact be known you will get used to this and see great results if you hang in there. fats make up a way to diet and limit carbs and see great gains. my contest diet was low in both fats and carbs and I looked great but way over dieted. i was a walking zomby but ripppped. next year will limit carbs and increase fats like you ahve done. hang in there as your body will adjust quickly

Meal 1: 8-10 ounces meat lean beef or other.
4-6 egg whites (hard boiled)
Grape fruit

Meal 2: 1 protein shake heavy cream and only a few peices of fruit for flavor (3strawberrys, 1/2 banna)

Meal 3: (pre workout meal)
8-10 ounces of meat
prefferably chicken
broccoli or other green leafy vegetable
for salad use 2tsp of dressing here.

meal 4: (post workout meal)Get your carbs here to get energy back.
Protein shake (whey) gets into muscles quick.
add peanut butter or heavy cream and fruit same as above.

meal 5: 10 ounces of meat
4 cups green leafy vegetabales
salad.
meal 6:3 hrs before bed... 10 egg whites or very lean meat.
or protein shake no fruit or cream.

Take BCAA's and glutamine before bed along with z-mass or other sleeping enhancer.(aids in repair)Also get some HMB and take this prior and after training and before bed.
Do this and I garuntee you will shred down!without losing muscle. You should loose about 2 lbs a week on this.
