Hey fellas, what do you think is the _minimum_ doses for cutting? I'm only interested in preserving my muscle while I shed the fat, I don't care about gaining any new muscle at this point. oh, yeah, I don't want to use any hard androgens now either, because I want to save them for a later bulking cycle. I hear Primobolan Depot is good. Do you think if I stuck to 1-200mgs/wk, dieted hard (total cals under 2000) and did lots of cardio(30-40min 3-4xs/wk) I'd be ok or do I need more? I'll also be using an ECA stack. | ||

do 200mg a week of primo, minimum, and add some winny and/or clen. do 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks eca, repeat ------------------ "Don't Hate the GAME Hate the FAME" -me | ||

If I up the primo can I skip the winny? The reason I ask is because I already have the primo and I want to start ASAP. Also, winny around here is damn expensive! thanks. | ||

At under 2000 cals a day you will wither away even with drugs. Unless you wheigh 100 pounds. Add in the fact that you want to use the bare minimum and you will probably finish the cycle wondering what the hell just happened to my muscles. ------------------ | ||

I'm actually about 245, with 14-18%BF(??) -- I'm not too sure, my friends laugh when I say I feel fat and people have come up to me in the gym and said I look good, but I can't see any abs . How many cals do you think I need to eat? I'm going to do a ketogenic diet and I thought they worked best on low cals. I can handle hard dieting, but I'm looking for the fastest results (who isn't, i guess). Any suggestions? Thanks. | ||

top, at 245 and 16% bf you need at min. of 400 grams of protien on a low calorie diet,thats 1600 cal already. you need to research diet more it is the most important element in a BB success. | ||

Yeah, diet has always been the hardest part for me. I don't have a problem with will power, but I can't seem to find the right balance of macronutrients and total cals to burn the fat and keep the muscle. As soon as I start to diet, I end up losing lots of weight, but not a lot of fat. That's why I thought I'd try to throw some primo into the mix. If you can point me to some good diets or give me an idea of where to start, that'd be great. | ||

I agree with anabolic that you need to up your calories. Sorry, can't say one way or the other about the primo doses, though. |
