All Hail Sust right?? The king of test blends so they say, or not? Now given sust's half life and release pattern contrary to other quicker acting esters, I would see no point in why one would up his caloric intake drastically from day one of the cycle. Doing so may only increase the bodyfat you will have to lose when cutting. I would suggest creating a growing diet plan while using sust increasing caloric/carb intake every week, and maxing in week 4 through ---- This ensuring that you feed your body at the peak release of the esters in sustanon, and not put on more BF than needed. Something to think and consider while using a long acting test, and trying to pile on LBM. Peace and Happy Holidays,

Never thought about it but it makes sense. However it should be mentioned that most people dont go solo on sust, they ususally add something with it to give gains a kick start (dianabol, prop, suspension etc). So eating from day one at high levels and upping food when it kicks in is a good idea. ------------------

good point to remember WCP...I think a few have had this problem of adding just fat in the first couple of weeks when on a Sust. only cycle; I think it may be better to consume the added calories up until 2 weeks after your last shot instead. | ||

very true, very true. As iron said, though, many people are stacking with other shorter acting drugs to kick start their cycles. | ||

WCP thats a great point and i have thought of that many times.I am about to go on a gram of sus a week starting saturday of next week i will create a diet using these principles and let you guys know how it goes... ------------------ | ||

Doing that now. Ara-test not sust but I still feel the same principal applies as it is a long acting blend. Week one was 3500cal, week two was 4000, week three will be 4500 and then from week four through ten will be 5000. It just makes sense. ------------------ | ||

I respect that theory WCP, I have a few friends that are starting a Sus only cycle. I'm going to paste and copy this and give it to them. |
