hi, would immediatly after training be more important a time to take your d-bol than before u train? i ask this becuase will it help with recovery, and i have heard how it's half life is 1.5-2 hours after training insted of 3.5-4 hours any other time in the day? will it help with nitrogen retention better at this time when takin with a large, 50 - 60g of protein and much carbs? has anyone taken d-bol in a small dose, say 1-2 a day, when bridgin cycles, and noticed your body still responded to it? thanks for any helpful answers.

the way it normally worked schedulewise for me was take it 2 hours before training and about 2 hours after. give me time to get the protein in and carbs let it settle and then some dbol on top. i train at night so thats my last dose before bed too. ------------------ | ||

thanks bignate, but what about even taking it 30 minutes before your done training so that when your body is starving for anything it can get a hold of, that d-bol is getting in there and hopefully getting all used up? just a thought. trying to get the best bang for my buck u know? | ||

I would take at least 3 a day 1-2 might work against you by dropping your test levels too far down while sleeping i would do at least 3 a day 8 hours apart i think too many people worry about before or after a workout its more about keeping a steady level in you if you want to use a low dose to maintain once every 4 hours is best and definately right before bed ------------------ | ||

I would doubt that taking it around training would improve or alter the effects of steroids, the reason being that steroidal effects are not rapid, they take time, unlike drugs like ephedrine or clenbuterol. Steroids must bind DNA, alter transcription and translation rates, and all this takes time. Where did you get the half-life values that you mentioned? | ||

I take it 1 hr befor training and also before bed with a protien drink..this works for me...there is a guy in training now for shows...big may I say...while dieting he is taking 1 1hr before training that is it,,,4 weeks before a show I take 3 per day...only to stay hard and keep strenght up...very diverse drug | ||

hey cockdzel, thanks, i realize d-bol does not work in a day. i just was wondering how if any, an effect may be better or worse, from taking d-bol right after training. i realize it has to bind to receptors, but to me it just makes more sense that when your body is in a state of defecite, any and all substances would be utilized at a more efficant rate. i may be wrong but it just makes sense considering what intense training does to your body and what AS can do for recovery and overcompensation of nutriants in the body. thanks again everyone for helping out with this question. ------------------ | ||

I see alot of different and similar opinions so I thought that I'd throw in my 2cents. I always take dbol at regular intervals throughout the day. I would always plan my workout about 30-45min after one of the dosages. I feel that I get more results from the boost it gives my workout. I also take one of the dosages every night when I get up to piss and get a drink. ------------------ | ||

Two months ago, I was taking two d bol a day, because that is all that I could get my hands on, and my partners were taking test and d bol, and were leaving me way behind, anyway, I took two a day for four weeks, I started felling things happening in the first week, I was able to keep up with my partners, and have kept my strength after going off. I have always heard that this low of a dosage will not work, but I also hear that everyone reacts to it differently, all I can say is that it worked fine for me, but as soon as I get the money for another cycle I will be taking five a day for four weeks. Hope this helps, Im sure I will get flamed for this post, but I have been reding for a long time, and figured that I knew something about this question. | ||

i love d-bol, as cuban said, i feels that taking it in regular intervals throughout the day is the best way to take it. but when i plan my scheduale i try to take it right b4 workout -i feel it wmaking me extra pumped. the thing is i'm taking it sublingually (i'm using russian Dbol, and it spose to contain methyltest.) | ||

what up el-ass-o-wipe-o, i usually take one an hour before, and an hour right after, i truly believe that taking it after workout within the hour promotes hella synthesis, others may disagree but its working for me. | ||

The half-life of dianabol is 3.2-4.5 hours. Peak blood levels of d-ball are reached 1-2 hours after ingestion(all this is based on a 10mg dose). So, you should theoretically take the dball 1 hr before you work out. Physical excercise increases the blood clearance rate of the methandrostenelone which is why you should administer dball right afetr your workout also, in order to combat cortisol further. D-ball reduces endogeneous cortisol production by 50-70%. Best dosaging would be to take 10mg 4 times a day(spaced evenly). godspeed |
