I injected in my arse Wednesday morning and it's still sore today and there is what appears to be a small lump where the soreness is, but its deep down in my glute. I did everything as usual, sterilized top of vial, sterilized injection site, aspirated and injected, no pain as always. I was feeling it today and its either some swelling in my glute or a lump......... i pray its not an abcess.

Guys, I am worried as shit about this. I had lumps on my ass all the time last cycle. sus/deca/d-bol. I just thought it was the dosages or whatever. But they are still there, smaller, but still there. I'm going to a Dr. Monday. I'll keep you updated.

As I understand it, abscesses are caused by infections. (Pus is generated when white blood cells try to fight the infection and new tissue forms around it which might cause the lump). I'm not sure if what you have is an abcess or not, but if you are feverish, have the chills, night sweats, or nausea -- these are all signs of an infection. In that case, you should probably see a doctor right away. If you don't have these symptoms it may just be scar tissue??? I hope this helps. Best of luck. (By the way, I'm not a doctor, but I'm dating a med student, and that's where I got this info, so take it for what it's worth.) your cool spunk. As latona said, if you feel sick, feverish, ect then you probably have an infection. Now that you mention it, I felt my ass and still have a small lump from an injection a week ago. |
