I was reading an article on olympians the other day and it talked about the use of epo for endurance traing. I don't remember the full name. Has anyone heard of this and if so where you can get it, if its legal, and any info would be appreciated. Thanks.    | ||

it is real good only if you have a specialist doctor watching you while you are on a cycle, besides this drug it is very expensive and does not have much effect on body building. epo helps to built red cell in your body by stimulation your hemoglobin levels. epo hormone called erythropoetin it is found naturally in your kidneys. if you want to stimulate your red cells I will use anadrol 50, or equigan, these two drugs help to stumulate red cells, specially anadrol 50 which is giving to aids patients to stimulate or achive better hemoglobin levels. both drugs are cheaper. currently black market price for epo runs for 800 to 900 for 4000iu's. hope this helps  | ||

epo is a drug which causes the body to probuce a larger amount of red blood cells, which then increases the body's ability to carry oxygen. That is why it is used by endurance athletes, it increases VO2max and allows them to continue at a higher level for longer. i don't think that epo use would have any signifacant benefits to bb'ers or weight lifters. |
