Hey bros I have to take synthyroid for hypo thyroid. Question No. 1: Is anyone else that has to take synthroid noticed any increase in side effects by having to take synthroid while on a cycle? I have a pulse rate ranging from 87-114 three and a half weeks after the end of my cycle. From the very beginning of this cycle I had problems, such as flu and strange tearing feelings in my muscles. Question No. 2: Now I just read that you shouldn't take Clomid and Synthroid at the same time because they don't mix, so what am I supposed to do after my next cycle?    | ||

How do you know if you have thyroid problems. I am tired all the fucking time, i sleep all the time (even with 12hrs of sleep), i can gain mass pretty easy but on the other hand if i don't watch my food intake i can gain fat easy too. What are the symptoms  | ||

Well I got tested for thyroid they done a TSH test and found that my thyroid is underactive meaning HYPO for the same thing your describing tiredness and fatigue.You need to get yours checked if your tired all the time especially getting 12 hours sleep.This was my first cycle since I started taking the thyroid med (Synthroid)and this is my first cycle with very bad side effects I wanted to see if there was anyone else taking Synthroid to see if they had the bad side effects that I had so maybe I could pinpoint why I had them.please anyone taking Synthroid and doing cycle please reply.thanks | ||

Pitbull, synthroid (T4) is the the reserve form of the active form (T3) of thyroid hormone (you may know this, but just bear with me). While on steroids, the protein (thyroxine binding globule, TBG) that carries T4 is reduced, so there is less protein for T4 to stick too and remain as a reserve for the body. Normally the body would simply sense this change in free T4/T3 and reduce production of T4, but since your thryoid is not functioning properly, it does not respond. You continue taking T4 everyday like you would normally do, and this T4 is getting converted to T3 at a faster rate than normal, so you maybe becoming HYPERthyroidal. You may want to reduce your dose of synthroid, or alternate days with dosing, while on a cycle. P.S. I am amazed that Port Sulphur even has telephone lines, much less computers | ||

Hey cockdelz I appreciate the info bro. Do you take thyroid med also? This last cycle was the first since taking thyroid meds and it done everything but kill me. I don't want to go through that again and I think your right on the hyper because my heart is racing.I will try alternating my thyroid med next time. anyone else taking Thyroid med and doing a cycle please let me know if your having any problems or alot of unusual side effects.thanks | ||

Hey pitt, didn't see you were from sulphur, i am near by, close to beaumont. Did you loose any weight do to the medicine you take? Do you burn fat faster? | ||

Just messing with ya. I am from New Orleans originally, and have a camp out of P. Sulphur right by Lake Washington and Billet Bay, but I haven't been there in years. Good memories of that place.
