whats up bros? i am going to start my omna deca and dbol cycle in january and was wondering what is the optimal way to train while on a cycle? my friend told me to do the German Volume Training 2000 program thats at t-mag.com for 4 weeks and then do the 1-6 principle for the next 4 weeks thats also at the t-mag.com site. would this be an optimal way for me to train? i tried doing a search and i got the HIT method but im a little weary of that way of training. any recommendations will help. thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i train 4 days a week about one hour at a time. i train chest and tri's, back bi's, legs, shoulders calves. i use about 3 or 4 different exercises per muscle. 5-7 reps pers set about 4 sets per exercise ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
