I guess everyone is different but I believe my genetics allow me to keep my gains, no sides, and no water retention. Only this I ever notice is aggression, size increases, and strength increases, hahaha!!! My first cycle was EQ only for 8 weeks and I gained 15lbs and kept 15lbs and all my strength... I used clomid and creatine to help with keeping gains. My second cycle was Sust/Fina.. I've gained 18lbs and have no water retention... I've been off for two weeks... no weight lose, no strength lose... I will be on clomid for 1 more week and bridge with anavar and then do a cycle of fina to cut up...

My point is... some people it is very easy to keep gains and some people it is a lot harder.. I'm sure that the clomid and eating right helped.

I love juice.

I have been able to keep gains by taking the right juice and taking creatine and something to get the natural test running again.
Of couse eating well makes alot of difference.

I think it is how you do it rather then pure genetics. Someone looks at me know and they
can say it's genetics but all I did was do things correctly.

Nice. Don't flaunt it too hard though, bro, you're gonna make alot of people jealous!

Coming off cycle for me wasn't as bad as I anticipated before I started either.
