Ah, sorry.....im at 205, with about 7 1/2% bodyfat.....holding a little water in the gut...haha! Currently my bench max is 355, Squat for 3 reps is 405. When flexed 18 1/2" arms, 48" chest, 25 1/2" quad, & 17" calves. Start my diet in mid-January for my next contest. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Thanks for doing that.....and yeah, my delts are my favorite bodypart. I dont even have to work them out as hard as most because they just grow automatically. I had to lay off the heavy weights cause i didnt want them ot overpower the rest of my body. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

looks good, u about 5'10? I would do some lat work to pump up the diff between chest waist. I can not see the back shot. This is from the front only. Nice tears. Thanks guys for all your responses. Yeah, im exactly 5'10". Im doing a city show in the top city in my state, and also the state show 2 weeks after that. I will try to get the lat pic up tonight. I know they kinda look hidden, but ill show you tonight. My legs have actually gotten a little bigger since that pic. That was about 3 weeks ago.....ive stayed at around 205-207, but thats about all i think im getting at. I am on my 11th week of my cycle which consisted of test/EQ/Dbol. Finished the dbol at week 7, and EQ at week 10. After this cycle is done, im clomiding for 2 weeks, and then back on test/deca/IP's 50mg Winny, Clen, Cynomel. Ill be trying to come in at a shredded 175 @ 3%bodyfat if all possible. I think i can do it. Oh, does anybody have any good tips on dieting? Im trying to also better my diet, and i have been wondering if there was a good cut-diet out there for competitors. ???? Thanks ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

When i do a rear lat spread, they are pretty decent. Im about to get the lat pic up and running so you guys can see. looking good dude, we have very similar physiques, except my arms grow out of control...your are lucky with those delts...they look great...also I wish my quads were a little larger like yours...I'm 222 right now, 5'8...no pictures...I'm not lookin so skinny right now. My chest seems to be the hardest part of my body to build. I have swapped up doing a lot of incline presses, with decline, and flat also. Ive done just about everything and i just cant seem to get it to grow anymore. Any pointers guys? Is there a certain thing i should do to pinpoint more growth in my chest? Well, greenhouse, ill do what i can to help. For starters, this was my first "true" cycle. I did a sustanon cycle about a year or so ago, but i only did 250mg per week for about 6 weeks. Then i didnt know shit about AAS and bodybuilding. But now is different. I have learned so much from this board, and ill share a little of my regimen to you newbies out there. Ok, my cycle consisted of: Aratest weeks 1-4 Cyctahoh weeks 5-9 (sustanon) Propionate weeks 10-12 Equipoise weeks 1-10 Dianabol weeks 1-7 I started out with about 1 gram of test, because i wanted to see if my gains would be sufficient. it was like this: 1000, 900, 800, 800. When i went to the Cyctahoh's i did 3 a week at the same time. It worked -better for me then actually splitting it up - times. 750-750-750-750-750 The Equipoise i did like this for 10 weeks. And the Dbol.....here is how i did it for the 7 weeks: As for training and dieting, ill be short with you. I train 4 times a week, one bodypart per week. And i train hard, and throw up just about everytime i do legs. If i dont throw up i dont feel like i worked my legs enough. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Hey saw you asking for some help on your chest. In a recent study they found that lifters that did butterflies before bar benching grew 150% more than those who did bench than butterflies.
