In the December Flex, Lee has a biceps workout ranging from 20 to over 30 sets and says it isn't overtraining. What do you guys think?

20-30 sets is probably overtraining for anyone who isn't Lee Priest.

The more drugs = the more training.I doubt his sets are to failure,other than a few.Pro bodybuilding is a joke,and these clowns should not be admired.

Wow Wow wow, pro bodybuilding is a joke? It takes the most dedication out of any sport on earth. Those guys train super hard, and diet hard too. They make a living off that shit. It doesn't take much to go out and say "Pro bodybuilding is a joke" But it says a lot to go out there and become 1. Then you flap your yapper all you want, but until then Shut It!!

Well being the fan I am of the blond myth, I thought the workout was great.

Given, for many people that may very well be overtraining, however genetics vary from person to person as well as other variables to consider , such as diet, sleep, supplementation, etc.


I liked how he set it up, and Im actually going to give it a shot as soon as Im fully recovered from injury.

You gotta be nuts if you think that is lee priest's real workout. magazines "articles" all written by journalists.

I think pretty much the only thing any of those mags are worth are the pictures.
