I keep on seeing references to it, but have never seen the actual program. Anyone have info or a link?

I read in Flex or some other mag that his training split is:Shoulders/Tri Back Rest Chest/Bi Legs Rest Repeat This is from memory, so it may be wrong.

straight from blood and guts. chest, biceps legs off back, rear delts shoulders, triceps off off ------------------ quote: You cannot be a champion just by eating the best foods, you cannot be a champion just by training the most, and you cannot be a champion by taking the most or the best steriods and drugs. The most important attribute you need to be a champion is attitude -Franco Columbu

His physique should be a testament to what working very hard and very briefly with alot of rest will do for you. Many pros lie about their real routines, but I honestly believe Dorian when he says he only worked out 4 days per week. TG

Ive been folowing the routine since last year when I read it in Flex. I let my brother borrow the mag but from what I remeber.Day one- Military press dumbell or barbell 3 sets Side Laterals 2 sets Dumbell shrugs 3 sets Tricep press down. He calls them press down cause the elbows are allowed to move out a bit. Which makes the movement more of a press than an extension. 3 sets Skull crushers 2 sets Day two weighted pull ups 3 sets Bent rows or seated hammers 2 or 3 sets can't remember. Rear delts with dumbells 2 sets Deadlifts 3 sets Day three OFF Day four Incline barbell bench three sets flat dumbell or barbell two sets flat flyes Standing barbell curls Concentrated dumbell curls Day five leg extensios three sets squat three sets leg press or hack squat three sets leg curls three set stiff leg deadlift two sets standing calves three sets seated calves two sets Day six OFF repeat. All sets are working sets. Warmups are accounted for. Each set it to failure. And rep range is 6-12. If you do more than 12 reps you lifted to light and if less that 6 too heavy. Eat-sleep-train and repeat for growth. I have been following this with minor changes for over a year and have made good results. Have trained three newbes with this method and they too have enjoyed it. The workouts are intense but short total gym time is less than 80 minutes. And you allways look forward to the next day either training or OFF.....
