Hey bros. im looking for a good workout program to use while im on my bulking cycle, that will give me some good size that i can keep. Not like i dont know what the fuck im doing in the gym, just looking for some new ideas. I will be going to the gym at least 5-6 days a week. I had pretty good success (34lbs) first cycle with 4 days a week training. However, I felt I could have done slightly better with 2-3 days a week, using HIT training. HIT training is the best, in my opinion. Thats exactly what im going to use during my next cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

ya , true contraction, we can get that same lift like we use to. ill be lifting like that 5-6 days a week if i dont find a better workout. and thanks big4art, i found lots of good info in anabolic review. swol still open to those with experience (espically mods) ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Training.. 2 days on 1 day off continous rotation, working your entire body over 4 on days. Perform 8 fail sets per bodypart, larger muscle groups, 6 smaller muscle groups...1-14 reps per set.(yes, I belive best results are acheived by hitting all rep ranges per workout, though make sure to do you heavy work first, when your strength is highest). That type of routine has proven the best for me, beleive me I could go into great detail, but I am tired...I could if anyon is interested get you an example of my exact training, as it would be an example as my workouts change rotation to rotation. interesting stoyer, i know your muscles recover much faster while on AS. but that looks a bit excessive. im not doubting you, but usually when i hit the weights, while on AS i work one muscle a week but hit them hard. that worked well for me, but ill give what you say a try. it seems like the HIT program. ok ill try it, i was looking for something new. anyone else? swol ![]() ![]() ![]() |
