im on real cypionate at 700mg. aweek and 400mg. of deca per week. i can tell the cyp is working cause i have already put 10lbs on in 11 days. how can i tell the deca is working. or if its real...    | ||

Well, i have taken Cyp before, and I puffed up(i retained a lot of water). It took about the 3-4week for me to start to notice my size increase, but i my strenth(sp) went up around the 2nd week. I have never taken Deca, so i can't tell ya about it.  |
