T-Bone thanks for your advice and to answer some of your question, no I didnt just start lifting I've been lifting for 4 years. The other thing is I have instructions here for Test E and its says you'll start noticing rapid gains by the fourth week I just posed the question just for reinsurrance for myself. Lastly I asked if it hurts because my friend who has done it for two years said ur ass might be alittle sore after the first shot and it was, but after the second one I just took it wasnt, but I guess this is a good thing. So thanks for your help. However, I had two other questions; 1 is my workout routine is this good 1st day-legs 2nd-shoulders and traps 3rd-bis tris 4th back 5th-chest 6th 7th day off The routine I used to do was: Which is better when juicing? when i juice its this day1: chest 2 back 3 off 4 bis/tris you can change day 4/5 around... 5 shoulder/legs 6off 7off after juice P.S. GAME OVER!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Option 1 is what I use. However I go 2 on, 1 off. This will alternate the days on which you train a specific bodypart. This can be good for confusion (for example-no dreaded mondays, since it's legs day) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
