JUST CURIOUS, I AM CURRENTLY ONLY DOING ABOUT 430 AT 203 BUT AM FAIRLY SURE I CAN GET TO 500 AND LOSE A FEW LBS OF FAT. THE MOST I HAVE EVER DONE IS 470 AT 206.
REALLY JUST CURIOUS IF ANYONE ELSE CAN DO THIS?

I AM NOT TRYING TO BRAG, THE MAIN REASON I CAN DO THIS IS BECAUSE I HAVE NO FUCKING LEGS SO I AM NOT TRYING TO BE COOL. I WOULD MUCH RATHER LOOK BIGGER AND HAVE BIG LEGS

When I was 17 or 18 I could do 2.2x my bodyweight, but I was also into powerlifting at the time.

I hit 405 at 190lbs. As for the comments on bench press records, ask any one who's into powerlifting and they'll tell you that it all depends on which lifting organization sanctioned the contest. For example, I have a state record in one federation but the same wt. class in a different federation has a record that is 50 lbs more than mine

I can do 420lbs. at a body wt. of 207. Not as good as the other guy. Benching has been the only thing I can stay motivated in no matter what. Unfortantely, my chest is out of porportion.

haven't done a single in almost a year but triple at 395 fairly easy at 5'5 195-200lbs and hit 6 reps on squat at 495- i think a good lifting partner and some loud iron maiden on the stereo and i could do better. I competed in high school and benched 365at a weight of 160- didn't lift for two yrs after high school and that killed me!3 yrs back and i'm on track- i'm pretty sure i'll have better #S after my first cycle is over!
