Just kidding just kidding.
Hey guys I was wondering if it's good to lift a sore muscle or should I wait because it's still in the healing process.

Wait until it isn't sore anymore. Soreness is usually a good indication that the muscle is in the first stages of repairing the damage. Even when it isn't sore anymore, the muscle is still repairing damage. So wait until a few days after the soreness has gone away or you will be overtraining it.

Sore is ok, just warm it up by stretching doing light strict warmups, pain is another story and only you can determine the difference.

I usually agree with my bro Kodiak, but I gotta say wait. Don't train a muscle when its still sore. You'll overtrain and shrivel up like a badmitton player.

Do you train the same muscle more than once per 6 days (other than abs and calves)?

I'm with kodiak, muscle sorenes is not a real indicator for muscle training layoff. Many factors play a part, you also don't need be sore after workout to acheive excesllent muscle growth.

I like to have one or two days of no soreness before I hit the muscle again.

I agree with Kodiak as usual, I wouldnt even directly
train a sore muscle, until it is completley recovered.
I do a 7 day cycle, so usually you only hit each body
part once a week directly.
