Ok guys, Im not sure if my recent insomnia has anything to do with Sust 250, but I have to find some answers somewhere. I have never had a problem with sleep, ever. I could sleep anytime, anywhere, and I normally never had to be tired to do it. Once I was asleep, I could answer phones, piss, eat, etc, and never break stride. Normally I would barely remember that I did anything. Now, I can be dog tired and can only sleep a max of 4 hours at a time. I will fall asleep with no problem, but I wake up 4 hours later, and mentally feel like I had slept for 10. My mind is awake, but I can tell my body is not done growing yet. So either I lay awake for another 2 to 3 hours trying to sleep, in which I finally do, or get up for a few hours and then go back to bed. Either way, this sucks and does not work on a busy schedule. The most messed up thing is that this all started after my First Sust 250 shot. Yes, I know that doesn�t make sense, how could it effect me that fast, etc. All I can say is its true. I also have a lot more palpitations (hard heart beat that can be felt outside my chest and throughout my body) but it could be me just noticing things more. I�m not sure if I had these when I did my first cycle, which didn�t include Sust. Does anyone have any suggestions? Even if you don�t have an answer to what�s going on, what are some ways to sleep? What would be good to take, besides NyQuil? Right now I am chugging a huge glass of milk as I write, hopefully that will help and I can get back to sleep. I just hate, working my ass off, eating all I can, and then not being able to grow because I can�t sleep. Any help would be Greatly Appreciated. What you experiencing isn't rare at all, it happens to many of us ans usually (at least for me) only for the first 2 test cycles. Right now Im on a gram of test and sleep like a baby. Heres some things that may help: melatonin (it didn't to crap for me but alot of bros swear by it) GHB (this is your ticket to sleep, refreshing sleep it will knock you out put you into deep rem sleep quickly and you wake up with no drowsyness or hangover. Only use 3 times a week max as it can become addictive if you use it everyday for long periods of time) I would alternate melatonin and ghb, you need your sleep like you said: thats when you grow! Plus you don't want to feel like a zombie.
