i always laugh myself when some dumbasses tell me that they are eating 10 times a day and sleeping 10-12 hours EVERY NIGHT and of course, they also have a job and work out at least 6 times a week. yeah, right! if there's somebody who can do this, please do tell me how! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well, I have never quite ate 10 times a day but I did and will again eat 7-8 times a day again. And it is impossible to sleep 10-12 hours unless you get paid to lift which I think no one here does, but I try to sleep 7-8 hours. I usually eat every 2-3 hours, meal,shake,meal, shake before workout, shake after workout, meal, and a small meal before bed. And then if I am lucky I hear the alarm and get up and have yogurt and some egg-whites in the middle of the night. I actually did this last summer but its a bitch, I had good gains though. It actually works out good if you have a job you can eat at because it helps you to stay on schedule, I find it harder to stay disciplined when I can come and go as I please. I don't work, I don't go to school. I sleep 9-10 hours per night. I have no protein shakes whatsoever and I am lucky if I eat 6 times a day. When I was working though, and sleeping 7 hours a day, I could eat 7-8 big meals a day and had about 3-4 protein shakes. So if you think protein shakes are meals, then I had about 11-12 meals per day. I don't call a can of tuna with a cup of rice a meal. Sorry. My meals are big meals, I'm talking 6 chicken legs and 3 cups rice in a sitting, 3 whoppers in another sitting with large fries. I have no protein shakes because I am too paranoid to be depending on that shit as protein, and if I DID take it, I would not count it as a meal. How do you know what exists in that jug of crap. Well its called prioritizing.. Its the key to being the best at any thing. I work go to school, have a girlfriend for over 4 years, run my own bizz, host 4 web sites and still eat at least 6 or more times a day and sleep well over 10 hours. Not everyday but pretty damn close to it. Go to the gym at least 5 times per week.. Its possible for all to do it.. ------------------ Lift ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I manage to work full time, run a martial arts academy, train myself 4-5 times per week, eat 6-7 meals, keep the g/f happy. My weakest link is getting enough sleep. I am lucky to get 8 hours except weekends I try and get 9. Don't have any time for TV or going out a lot, don't barely have enough time to take a sh*t come to think of it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If your luckly and have a good job you can eat while you our at work. And if my next job is like my old one then I'll be able to hit the gym while at work... And no TV it will just eat away the day. I also try and pack food so that I can eat while in the car driving or when I get thier. . ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
