I have been looking around, watching different boards and this is the best board I have found. I have done some researching, but figured I would ask and see if any of you all could help me out. I am 20 yrs old, 210-215 lbs and around 15-18% bodyfat. I have never cycled, but have 3 yrs lifting experience. I am looking to gain lean muscle, but also lose the body fat...any suggestions?? Price isn't an issue...I have the money and definitely want to see results. Any help would be greatly appreciated...jammer

Appreciate it Ph21...good luck to you too. And Mass Monster, or anyone else for that matter...any ideas on possible cycles that would allow me to eliminate the fat while gaining the muscle? There is so much info out there and I would like to narrow my choices down a bit...thanks...jammer

It would help if you gave some goals first. How much muscle do you want to gain? It's difficult but not impossible to lose fat and gain a little muscle in the meantime. It's much easier to plan your training year in phases where you're not worried about bodyfat(ex. in the wintertime)at one time, and then get lean for the summertime...

Jammer, Best advice I would give you is be patient and go buy a book. Anabolic Review 2000 or World Anabolic Review 1996 and learn, learn, and learn. Other wise you are going to get some shit that you really don't know nothing about and either you are going to get scammed or your going to have legit stuff and your going to be on here asking, "what should I do with this, is this an okay price, where do I put that...etc." This is not a flame by no means, so don't take it bad. If anything you will save yourself money. Just go to amazon.com and order a book bro, thats got to be first.

I appreciate the replies fellas...to be more specific, I was planning on bulking up this winter and then getting lean for the summer...I would like to put on only 20-30 lbs in the next month or two(nothing major) and then cut up some for the summer...sorry for not being clear. Any ideas on a good first cycle would be much appreciated. I have done some homework, but if anyone has found success with certain stacks and/or has ideas, then that would be cool, too. Once again, thanks for the replies...jammer

Jammer, Email me as well. It'll be good to get several opinions. First off diet and training...then the gear. Protein levels need to go through the roof (for bulking or cutting) and training should be balls-to-the-wall intensity. And remember, "Take more pride in how you train rather than how you look, and the latter will follow as a matter of necessity." - Dorian
