ive got a muscle around the bone of my forearm that everytime i do my heavy lifting set it feels like my forearm want to snap in half because of this one muscle,has anyone else experienced this too and if so how do u try to minumize the pain from it, I stretch before i left and i use a wrap on it at all times in my workout....any suggestions on this?

try the Ivanko EZgrips at qfac.com
they clip on barbells and dumbells (actually works best on dumbells) and really eliminates wrist strain. I like to use them when pressing or straight-bar curling. You might want to take off the dinky velcro strap they come with now though.

everytime i do hard biceps this happens. i think this is pretty normal because the muscle is putting tension on everything making it stiff and uncomfortable. with me it releives after my muscles relax. if this isn;t normal then i guess i am a freak too.

Yea bro my forearm's kill sometimes when I let go of the bar after do a set of curls or forearms. Also when i spot my buds with the heavy weights. I just learned to ignore it, well welcome to the club hope it dosen't get to bad. Good luck bro!
