Your body holds more water. It's exactly as it sounds...retention of water. You will hold more water in your muscles and under your skin. Most of it is caused by aromitization. If you're bulkink I wou;dn't worry about it. It will equate to strength and joint protection. It will go away post cycle. With it's excretion will come weight loss. The initial weight loss will be water so no need to stress over it.

always drink more water to flush any toxins out of your body, on a bulking cycle water is good because water=strength. Cutting you would want as little water as possible. ------------------

I learned today that water retention=good. I've been using tren, winny and some drol while training up to a PL meet. For the first week I drank alot of water but also took alot of Dandelion root to get rid of the Anadrol moonface. Well a couple days ago I gave up on maintaining my pretty boy good looks, and ditched the Dandelion root. Today I was smooth and my face looked like a chipmunks, but I just tore up the gym. The added water made a HUGE difference, and I had no joint pain at all moving heavy weights. |
