Well a cutting cycle by nature will have reduced carbs. The idea is to retain all the muscle you can, and burn off all that fat by getting a little more extreme because you dont have to worry as much about muscle loss. ------------------ For a good time click here: Search and Profiles (300Kleens Board)

No, You'll been fine. Just don't acspect to get as big. Lo-carb diets make it hard to train with full intensety so it makes it harder to grow. Take ECA with your cycle so your energy levels are elivated. Every cycle I've done was on a lo-carb diet. Check out my web site and you can see my results. You could do a cyclic ketogenic diet. That is 5 days basically no carbs with all the carbs you want on the weekends. This allows for good fat loss, and it provides enough carbs to fuel heavy workouts. | ||

Eating Clean doesn't necessarily mean Low, Low carbs... If you eat complex carbs only (+ vegetables), and Chicken (+MRP's), you will naturally cut your carbs. ECA will kick that ass, help a ton... Oh yeah, those other supplements should help too... |
