I've got a good pic of me after 8 weeks of a sust/fina/prop cycle sitting here in front of me but I can't figure out how to post it on here... Someone help...

You mean the pictures physically in front of you? If you have just a picture, you have to get a scanner and scan it into your computer first...

put the image on a website go to elitefitness and get a free website, upload the pic to it, now the pic has a url. right click on the pic (thats on the web) and click properties. Copy that http string.

Post and put that url you copied:
(img)http://elitefitness.com/toby(/img)

just switch out the ('s for ['s (put brackets instead of the parenth.'s)
