im about to start ey EQ Winny cycle but i have one problem, im going on a 1 week vacation in the beginning of jan. i need to start my cycle Immediately in order to finish before my spring sport. in order to do this ill have to do 3 weeks on, 1 week off, then 3 weeks on. i know this is not the best thing to do, but its what i have to do. is there any reason why i shouldnt do this????? | ||

im going on a ski trip to canada, and there is no gym where im staying. i figure it would be better to take the week off then to stay on and waste the week. any other opinions?? | ||

You could take your EQ shot just before leaving and since it is an oil solution, you would never really be off. So if i where you i would go for it. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||

good point, but my whole problem is i wont be able to lift there, i would rather save that shot for a week where i can lift. | ||

Do the shot even though you can't lift for that week. It'll help keep you from shrinking any..... | ||

Take the shot...its not as if you are shooting a fast acting substance like fina or test suspesion. EQ is a relatively slow acting substance, that is to say it takes little while for it to become bioavailable and build to effective levels in your body. By skipping that shot you are just generating a little rollercoaster effect on the levels of EQ in your system. | ||

YES IT'S AGREED. JUST BECAUSE YOUR NOT LIFTING DOES NOT MEAN YOUR NOT GOING TO GROW. REMEMBER YOU ONLY GROW OUT SIDE OF THE GYM. THE WEEK OF WILL BE GOOD FOR YOU. | ||

Maybe train like crazy the week before, close to, or past the point of overtraining, and then you'd probably spend that next week off just growing.... | ||
