I want to do 8wks of primo at 400mg/wk. I'll use an ECA stack and a strict diet, but can you guys tell me if the primo is enough to preserve the muscle or do I need to add something stronger. I'm not really looking to get ripped, I just want to lean up (about 14% bf now, looking to get to 9-10%) without losing muscle. All I have right now is primo, so I'd like to stick with just that if I can. | ||

Sure, that should work very well. Try adding some cardio too, and you may even get below the 10% you seek. | ||

Primo at 400 a week should work fine for leanign up. Two things you could add if you want to put on a little extra lean mass are fina or winny. Fina being a very economical choice, winny being a little more pricy. | ||

I did Primo alone at 300 mgs a week with eca. I was coming off a deca/winnie cycle. It worked very well in preserving my size. thanks bros. It sounds like the general consensus is that the primo at this dosage will help me keep the muscle, but it's the diet, cardio and ECA that will cut the fat. I don't really want to add other drugs like winny, cuz I don't think I'm lean enough that it would really make a difference. If I was starting at 10%bf....well, that would be another story... | ||

I was thinking of doing 300mg Primo for 10 weeks and then starting at week 8 up to week 12 Masteron at 300mg/week. Does this mean that these drugs won't give you more lean muscle even if it is not too much? Like out of this 12 week cycle won't it be possible to gain 10-15lbs? Just explain to me what "preserving" means? Primo too weak to add muscle on its own? | ||

By "preserving", I mean keeping the existing muscle while losing the fat. It's hard to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, so I'm fousing on the losing fat part. I'm using the primo to help me from losing muscle along with it. You might grow from those doses, but it would also depend on your diet and training. If you're trying to really put on size, I'd go for something heavier. | ||
