well, my elbow is f'ed up pretty good.... cant bench, cant curl, basically no upper body movements... i'm supposed to start my 7th week today, question is, should i just cut the cycle short or finish the last 2 weeks of sust and deca shots... i'll be on the board off and on today to see what type of advice you guys have to offer and to answer any questions asked. thanks!

I would continue, its only for 2more weeks. And you can blast your legs extra hard. Could you do any back exercises?

i can do some back.... but i would definitly have to drop the poundage... and legs are no problem, those parts still work...for now lol!

Similar problem on my last cycle. . . I tore my pec in my 7th week of an 8 week cycle. I decided to just end my cycle there and go with 400mgs/eq for the next 8 weeks to just maintain. However, I could still do back, some shoulders bi's and tri's, no chest, no dips, I have been hitting legs pretty hard too, training the smaller body parts we usually miss, like calves, forearms and abs. My suggestion is if you can't lift cut the cycle now, maybe go with something like deca and see the doctor and start rehabing.

thanks for the input guys.... i think ill cut it short, its been a long time since i had a break... the time off should do me good, at least i think thats what my body is telling me.

How long will it take your elbow to heal? If it's like a month I'd continue the cycle for one more month working legs while giving your elbow a chance to heal..........That way once the cycle is over you won't have lost your gains and can start working out again.
