Hi Bros !! Can anyone tell where to find the books: "Body Opus - Dan Duchaine" and "The Ketogenic Diet - Lyle Mcdonald" ??? I've tried Amazon.com, but they don't have it... I'm in Brazil, so it's harder to find... I Apreciate any help !! ------------------ Take Care.     | ||

I would try a search with "lyle Mcdonald" and another one with "Dan Duchaine". That is how I found them. peace | ||

Forget about Body Opus. Lyle's book blows it away. You used to be able to get it at mesomorphosis.com. Also mesomorphosis has QA columns and articles by Lyle that will teach you enough to do a cyclic keto without the book. Good Luck. | ||
