.....after all the posts I've made telling you guys to email a mod or vet for source checks and you still don't listen. I know that a good source can go bad so asking a mod isn't fool proof, but it does greatly increase your chances of not getting scammed. So, once again, I don't mind doing source checks. Most of the other mods and vets don't mind doing them either. ------------------     | ||

i dont understand why a newbies wouldnt do a simple source check, it takes 2 seconds to email a mod or a vet!! they are quick responding; i guess its just anxiousness. oh well, maybe theyll learn once they get scammed | ||

I sincerely believe some newbies want to get scammed, they have an inate need to put hundreds of dollars into an envelope and just put it in the 4' high blue box. Yup, I agree with ya Cuban, and you just posted not to long ago about this time of year scammers run wild.... Seriously people, e-mail a Mod or a vet...it may take a day to get the answer but it will be worth it...I recieved 2 e-mails the other day where 2 Bro's were going to order from a well known scammer... We do not know all the sources, but we damn sure try to find out for you...Soooooooooooooo!!!!! BE SAFE.......E-MAIL A MOD FIRST!!!!!!!!!! Ranger | ||

i have saved quite a few bros from getting scammed, so you should definately email a Mod or a VEt pretty simple but it is true that good sources can go bad at anytime ------------------ | ||

I think people justjump into it to quick.. There are a lot of guys that will tell them what to hear and fall for it. When i first got on these types of bulletin boards i thought by e-mailing the mod i would be o.k. Turns out the board was a scam and so were the mods.. I was so close to throwing away my money when a little bird named e2 whispered in my ear "scammer" and saved me the agrivation. When you first get onto these boards you don't know who to trust but have to take your TIME..... P.s. E2 don't be offended by the word LITTLE, Looking at your cycles i am sure you are LARGE AND IN CHARGE!!!! BOOTYSHAKER | ||

screw deals in my opinion, deals are good for holiday shopping, this is juice we are talking about, rather pay 100 bucks for 100 thai's ( i dont, but just saying) then pay 300 for 1000 thai's but they never come is 50 bucks a big deal when u know it is guaranteed or rather try something out to save a couple pennies and get screwed then come back on the board and complain, meanwhile, all we can say is, I TOLD YOU SO!!!!! ------------------

I see what your sayin, and I agree, but I was thinking that some guys that aren't as well established, closer to the border, etc, etc. would be cheaper than other guys. Just a thought. Good thread. | ||

niko, if you are a newbie and got scammed for not doing a source check first then yes I'm talking about you. Actually, I'm not talking about anyone in particular. I've just noticed NUMEROUS posts about people getting scammed in the last few weeks. Ya know what's really funny. At times I feel more like I'm on a WEED board than a gear board because there are so many PARANOID bro's on here that it's funny as shit. I know it's the holidays but everyone needs to relax a bit! ------------------ | ||

Someone once said "There's a sucker born every minute". There is always a risk in obtaining something this way. Even the most trusted sources can get busted or turn scammer just after you've sent your money to them. As long as there is a demand for a commodity there will be those who are willing to trade honestly and those who will cheat you. | ||

You have to accept the impatient will never wait and will always learn by mistake (being sammed in this case) and even some experienced buyers can get ripped off and scammed sometimes. If someone gets scammed for ordering from someone who no one else has heard of then bring the flames on to them cause they are plain stupid (not the scammer) but when an experienced buyer gets scammed then scammer posts should be posted. IMO anyways ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try | ||

Bump for the Cuban... One thing I might add, if you find a good legit source, with good service, and prices then stick with him. Or if you want, grab on to a couple and stick with it. This will ensure that you dont throw your money away ans will result and a benificial relationship for you and him. WCP ------------------ | ||
