Hello bro's,
Haven't posted about my injury in while so since I can't fall asleep I figured I'd give an update. 1 month ago I tore my right pec muscle at the tendon junction. I have been going to rehab 2x a week and lifting 5 days as well. I have been doing more cardio than usual and stretching a great deal more than I ever did (I suggest it to everyone). Today I was cleared to begin lifting chest again, very light, I did 8 sets of twenty with the 50lb dumbells. I felt some slight pain, more a pulling but no tearing. I will be adding 10 pounds a week for the next 10 weeks and presto, be back to working out with real weight. I have to say that my physical therapist is amazed by my bodies recovery, She credits my pre injury shape and her excellent rehab methods. . .I didn't want to ruin her day by explaining I actually think its that fact that I was just finishing a pretty heavily anabolic cycle at the time and quickly switched over to 600mgs/wk of deca for the past month to assist in rehab. I definately think the deca has helped. I'll keep you posted, and thanks for the bro's who've asked and had helpful suggestions on how to beat this injury.

Good for you bud....keep it up! Let that pain be your guide though....NEVER ignore it and try to work through it..I'm an Athletic Trainer at college and have witnessed many an overzealous athlete reinjure themselves by jumping back into too much weight or intensity....I'm sure you'll be as big as your Bear in no time! Peace...

I am still as big as bear, just not quite as strong as one anymore. . .give me 3 months. Next bulking cycle at the end of January and the Ranger helped formulate a monster for me.
