last night was my 5th injection of 500mg of sust250...today i noticed that around the injection site that it is swollen quite a bit and sore...i'm getting a little worried becuase the last injections were not nearly this bad....how long should i wait to see a doc if the swelling does not go down? i hope it's not infected

If you feel a fever or truly think there is an infection/ absess in the injection site, get your ass over to the doctor. He may simply put you antibiotics or have to open and clean out the infection. Either way , we cannot diagnos this on a board. The key is to be safe and careful, go to your doctor immediately.

how bad is the pain?

this happened to me about a month ago, my right butt cheek was huge, I couldn't sleep it hurt so bad.
I got on some Penicillan and about a week later it was completely gone. If you don't have access to antibiotics I would go see a doc tomorrow, depending on the pain and size of the inflammation.

take better pre-injection procedures next time.
