My "friend" (Maverik knows him) was going to do a shot of 2 cc's of IP's 300 mg cyp last night and it was a comedy of errors from what he tells me...First of all he has are 23 gauge 1 1/2 inch pins and that is what he uses to draw with..so he injects about 2 1/2 cc's of air into the bottle and starts to draw out the cyp..he gets about 1 1/5 cc's of product out of the bottle..so he injects a little more air and finally gets it at just a tad over 2 cc's..He gets the other pin ready for transfer and then transfers from the drawing pin to the shooting pin...Well dumbass decides to put the cap back on the drawing pin first and proceeds to turn his left hand (which is holding a tad over 2 cc's of cyp)over..and lo and behold..he is now holding 1 cc of cyp as the other one was just poured out into the sink. (DAMN)So gets another needle draws out another cc and transfers it to a 4th needle (now just a tad under 2 cc's) now he is pissed off that he wasted the cc of cyp..and 2 extra pins...so finally he is getting ready to do the inject into his quad....He swabs it with alcohol..finds the spot where he is going to poke..and he hands start shaking like a females sex toy that has brand new energizer batteries (not that I have any of those type of things...just what I know from what Maverik tells me about them) He also starts sweating like a pig..He took a few deep breaths and cleared his head..then slowly started to poke his way in..then his hands start shaking again when the pin is about half way in...he has to stop for a few seconds (needless to say as his hands are shaking the pin is moving around in his quad like a weed whacker)..things settle down and he gets the pin into about 1inch..aspirates..no problems..starts to inject..very slowly.....as he always does...now as he injects he has both hands over the pin and can't see the pin in his quad..about halfway through the inject the hands start shaking again and he looks and the pin is only about 3/4 of an in in his quad..so he pushes it back down and puts both the thumbs on the plunger and pushes....finally the inject is done and pin is removed..from the time it took to pierce the skin till it was removed was 4 minutes..needless to say today he tells me his Quad feels like someone took a sledgehammer and gave him a bang in the quad.... He has never passed out...but for some reason he was a little pansy this time...now he doesn't care for needles at all but he has never had a problem before...Pretty funny story actually..as long as it happens to someone else... lol | ||
