Have any of u guys followed the bulgarian ( big beyond belief) workout, the one with the different ramps and training phases,and where you will sometimes lift a body part 3 to 6 times a week but for only 3 or 4 sets of 4-6,8-10 or 13-15 reps each time. I used it now on and off for about a year and the last 3 months straight worked at first but, but seem to have plateaud I I need something different. Have looked in the archives and tried searching on the web but can't seem to find anything that catches my eye. would appreciate any help finding good websites or workouts. thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Tried Super Sets or Giant Sets? They work good if used for a month. If you use them more probably considered as over training. ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Never tried it myself, but have had good luck with the old pyramid routine to get some mass on. Or on a lift going to failure my last set, then adding another 5-10 lbs and trying to get as many reps as I can. Helps to get past the plateaus and keep gaining.
