i recently emailed him with the "consultaion form" telling him that i cannot use Xandrax due to the fact that i am on nandrolone decnote medication along with test replacement.. so i asked him if i could order spiro sln.. he emails me ack and tells that it is 100%safe to use xandrox while on nandrole decnoate.. HERE I QUOTE "My recommendations are to apply Xandrox concomitantly with your use of nandrolone decanoate. There would be no contraindications. Xandrox has no systemic effect and won't alter the levels of testosterone or dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the blood stream. The azelaic acid in Xandrox only alters the levels of DHT in the scalp. It won't hurt to use nizoral concomitantly with these drugs, but use it first so you don't wash off the topicals. The efficacy of Nizoral is compared to that of 2% minoxidil. So I don't expect it's going to add any more to your therapy. Xandrox is preferable to minoxidil + spironolactone. It is more effective and does not have an odor. Best wishes, Richard Lee, M.D. " SO WHAT DO U GUYS THINK? SHOULD I USE XANDROX?

No, you should not use azealic acid with nandrolone. The azealic acid inhibits the 5 alpha reductase enzyme from converting testosterone into dihydrotestosterone. That is great but it also inhibits the conversion of nandrolone into dihydronandrolone. DHN is easier on the hairline than nandrolone itself so you would be increasing the chances of hairloss while on a cycle containing nandrolone. If you are using a boatload of test and very little nandrolone then the azealic acid might have net positive effects over not using anything at all. However, spironolactone + 5% minoxidil works great while you are on a nandrolone cycle. If you are really concerned about hairloss then I would suggest using boldenone instead of nandrolone so that you can use the 5% or 12.5% xandrox solutions. Dr. Lee seems to be on top of hairloss solutions but he knows very little about steroids and their conversions within the body. Of course that is to be expected of most doctors that do not specialize in endocrinology. giantset ------------------

I wouldn't. I don't think Dr. Lee understands the mechanism by which nandrolone and 5AR inhibitors can worsen hairloss. |
