I a have not trained in about three or four years. And I went from being 5'7" and about 165lbs of muscle to about 186lbs now. I just started training last week and I am planning to use testosterone. I got some testosterone cypionate 200mg and was planning to use 1cc per day will that be too much or not enough. I want to cut body fat and increase musculature (obviously)but not too much.

Bro,

Maybe you wrote this up wrong, but are you thinking about using 200mg/ml of cyp everday or the week for say 8 weeks or 56 1ml vials of cyp, or a gram and half of cyp a week? If so at your size I would consider buying a bra, not a good idea and not a sound cycle. Do a search, get some nalvo, and or armidex, clomid, proviron, and think about using closer to 3 or 4 cc of cyp/week. It is a slow acting ester so your just poking yourself and risking infection for no reason with shots everyday. Perhaps you mean suspension, I am not sure what you mean? Fix this post, do a search and come back.

you want to do 200mg of test a day? That is way to much.. You should do more like 500mg a week. Do some research here before you fuck yourself up dude.. And make sure to get some clomid and nolvadex, if you dont know what those two are, dont even think about using the test yet.

Bro, you do need to post some more details, have you
juiced before ?? I'm guessing not, If not I would go with
600mg of your cypionate a week, that should be plenty
for someone of your body size and weight, you will
more than likely not attain the look you are seeking, by
just taking the cyp alone, I would run it with some deca
or primo etc. I have used upto 1300mg of test/week
with out any gyno kicking in, and without nolva etc.
But, I am well over 260lbs.

Thanks for the advice this is the first time I will be trying anything like this. In the past I worked out naturally and had no problems making gains in power but I never got big I used to be able to bench 315lbs but only weighed 150 to 160. I am trying to also counteract three years of inactivity because I broke my wrist in 97 and had to have bone graft put in from my hip.

Bro, I'd just like to add that even though you have trained in the past, 1 week back in the gym is not enough of a base to go straight on gear. Especially as you are coming back from an injury.

Well thanks for all the info I will probably end up using about 400mg/week. I am on my way to Mex tomorrow is there anything I can pick up down there that i can stack with the cypionate to help get me cut and bigger. I know the change does not come over night so any help will be appreciated.

Hey bro. I just pushed in the last 500mg's of upjohn cyp today for a good 6 week cycle. This was a first cycle. I researched this site and many others before I even thought about sticking the pins in. I started at 162 lbs and now am at 175 lbs. Good solid gains. No gyno or other sides. Ive been lifting for about a year before I started my cycle. It's been 3 years before that when I was in the gym last. I don't have any posts because I read and read some more. Best I can tell you is research, alot. good luck.

if you just got back to training than let youre musscels get there potantial they can without useing any gear in may take a while but after it youll see much better result with it.

According to my last psych evaluation, most cyp is 100mg/mL so unless he got the 200mg/mL type, shooting a cc every day is probably average to what most people do here anyhow.

bert, you need to research alittle more before starting your cycle bro!

I know where you coming from cuz the same shit happened to me... broke my wrist, doc sliced my side to take bone graff out and put into my wrist, took me out of the gym for a long fucking time and I never had the same strength(naturally)since. Lost alot from that stupid injury.
