what do you guys think about this. No one in the death pools have croaked yet even though they take ridiculous amounts of things. I'm sure some of these guys are not in the best health, but a lot have been in the game a long time and they seem to be doing alright. i.e. shawn ray, levrone, sarcev(minus synthol mishap), what do you guys think these guys' livers look like. Not saying that these are benign substances. They certainly have risks associated, but people seem to be doing alright in the pros unless we never hear about any med. problems. You would have thought Fux would have exploded by now, but he is still alive and kickin. I guess we'll see long term though. Anyone care to speculate? I know some guys who have messed around with Carol Semple have come down with Herpagonasyphallaids and that will put you on the sidelines for awhile.j/k.

well, don long's kidneys popped.. i feel sorry for him..

i just read in a mag that jay cutler came from 180 lbs to 260 pounds in 2 years. that can't be very healthy

he must be a genetic freak to gain that much even with massive amounts of drugs!

Bazooka, I thought the same thing. But from what I saw his 18yo photos showed a bulky meso type body just ripe for adding muscle. I also read, that he is not in it for the long run. Win some titles, retire. He has his own constuction company, which is his real financial backing. I do not even think he has enter 5 shows yet.

Good topic,

Well jsut take into count have you ever noticed why come pros seem to "dissapear" from the mags and the spotlight and the magicially appear 1-2 years later? Well its safe to say that during this time they neither go to the gym and stay off the juice. Its a well known fact that many pros do not train all year I know one that had only trained 4 months out of the year for the Mr.O.their shows.

As far as the health thing If steroids are used in smart manner there is no reason why they can;t be used for a long time. I would venture to say that many of the top pros won;t live to see 70 but just my view.
