I started a 8 day 600mg a day DNP cycle three days ago. Late last night i woke up and puked my guts out. I had diarrhea as well. I've been sick as hell since, puking and having diarrhea. I also have been having chills which is some wierd shit after taking DNP for 2 days. I was going to skip the DNP(as i can't even keep water down) today and restart tomorrow if i'm not still sick. My question is has anyone ever had flu like symptoms from DNP??? Any help would be much appreciated, i'm going to go puke somemore.     | ||

Opps almost forgot this is the second time i've used DNP but i got it froma different source this time. Last time i just sweated alot normal reaction, nothing like this. | ||

whao bro, that doesnt sound too good. Some of those symptoms I've never heard anyone experience. You said you are taking 600mg/day? If so, drop it to 400mg/day and be very careful. If you have diahrrea, throwing up and cant keep water down, then you can very quickly become severely dehydrated. If your symptoms dont subside soon, then I would discontinue. Try working down some gatorade. | ||

NEver heard of those problems. I did give me a little upset stomach a few times, but not that bad. Stop the DNP for now until your better. You need to drink LOTS of fluids now with all that shitting and puking your probly dehydrated as fuck. | ||

I don't think the dose is a problem. I'm 6'3 270 with about 18%bf. I've been drinking a shitload of water which is why i keep puking. I think that i got shitty ass luck and camedown with the flu. Not a very oppurtune time. |
