what do you guys think of DNP at 200-400mg a day combined with other, more commonly used fat burners such as T3? people say DNP is dangerous, but at a low dose it is not potentially fatal by any means, and the free radicals produced would be much more reasonable. anyone have any comments on this, or has anyone tried it? | ||

DNP 600mg days 1-2 400mg days 3-10 All the supplements like glycerol. Good cycle. I loved the results. Get some aluminum sulfate based antiperspirant. You will stop sweating. | ||

if you have never done DNP I wouldn't do 600mg on the first 3-4 days. you just don't know how your body will react to it. DNP is not to be taken lightly. | ||

Hey bro, I�ve had great results with 7-8 days on, and the same time of- followed by another 7-8 days on. I would suggest you start with 200 mg for 4 days, and if you can tollerate it at this dossage and feel like sweating more(feeling more misserable) increase the dossage to 400 mg per day (200 morning / 200 evening) for the remain of the cycle. It is IMPORTANT that your first cycle is started gently to see if your�e allergic to DNP. The next cycle you can start of with 400 mg if thats where you ended your cycle last time. After 4 days you feel like you can tollerate more, increase dosage to 600 mg on day 5. IMPORTANT, theres a general misconception about DNP, that it has a 36 hour half life, this is not true-IT�S MUCH LONGER! Therefor you should go back to 400 mg the day after increasing, and if you can tollerate this high dossage cycle back and forth between 400 and 600 mg. BTW: most importantly is not where you get it, but to eat right and have discipline to do so, otherwise you might as well not purchase the drug in the first place. (It�s very easy to carb out after or during your dnp cycle, and escpecially after will stop your goal of loosing fat.) The most important supps would be multivitamin and vit c. REGARDING T3 USAGE: Some of the most knowledgable people around state that t3 usage is not neccesarry if doing only 1 week cycles, especially if you take in a large amount of carbs on the first two days of. If you have a normal functioning thyroid to begin with, don't use t3. Save it for bulking cycle or in combination with clen. If you want to supp with other weight loss drugs use good old eca stack in the week of, to get energy levels up. Email me if you have any questions I'd be glad to help. ------------------ | ||

Bro, I would suggest trying to find some of Somec's DNP threads from a while back...there was like a 5 page report on X-man's board before it got hacked about a month ago, but you might find the abbreviated version on here...from what he wrote, the #1 thing I could tell you is TO DRINK SO MUCH WATER YOU THINK YOU WILL BURST!!! He wasn't miserable at all on his 9-10 day cycle, and attributed it to the MASSIVE H20 INTAKE...it helps keep blood pressure and body temperature in check, as well as keeping your body flushed and runnin' properly...be sure to take notes and let us know how it goes! ------------------ | ||

"Don't take DNP" ?? What's that? If you want to guide someone in 'the right direction' you need to support your oppionion with just a little facts. Such as did you try it yourselfe and have a bad experience?? Know someone who did?? Or are you just stating what 'you heard' somewhere, and letting it out, without any real knowledge of the truth.
