Doing a High volume Oil injections 12-20cc a week. split 3 days of injections. Just wondering how many CC's my delts will hold? I am guessing about 2-4cc's, but that is strictly a guess. I will inject 4cc of EQ on one delt, 4cc of Fina on the other Delt, then a couple in the glutes. Do you think they can hold this? ------------------     | ||

from my experiences, my delts love 3 cc's. that is optimal for ME. if i was gonna do 4 cc's each of EQ and tren, i'd do 2 EQ and 2 tren in each....to prevent one anabolic from swellling or hurting one delt differently from the other delt...peace and good luck! | ||

at 175 that sounds like a lot of oil in delts his size. . .I don't care how strapped he is. . .he's only 175. . .personally I just hit my gluts and quads, but on the rare occasion I venture above the waste I never go over 3cc. Just a personal opinion and experience. I wish you luck. . . ------------------ | ||

Kodiak99 that is 175lbs at 3-5% Bodyfat, at a height of 5'6.5". My delts are my best bodypart after my quads. I have the same LBM as some of the "Softer" big guys around here. My original question must have been worded incrorrectly, Just wondering if I will get an oil abcess if I inject exclusevly in the delts. I normally do glute shots unfortunately since my surgery I have been having some flexibility problems. I don't like quad shots I ALWAYS hit veins and bleed everywhere. And for non-believers of my density I am hopefully get a scanner for x-mas from the wife and post some contest pics. ------------------ | ||

actually, 4 cc's is pushing the limits of your delts a bit....i did 3 cc's in each delt for a few weeks every day straight....no harm done <knock on wood> |
