In all of your professional opinions do you feel that the 1996 World Anabolic Review is the best most up-to-date book ever written. Or is it becoming out dated since it was written in 96 and if so what other book would suggest.

hahaha, i live in a dormroom, i came home from a club last night at 2:30 and hit the elite board up till 4. Woke up today at 2, went to the cafeteria, and here i am again back on the board, waiting for my drunk friends to wake up so i can embarrass them in the gym, its not nice to say that but its true. By the way panarei, my room is probably 16ft by 16ft, its kinda hard to get far enough away from the computer to keep me off the elite board!!! ------------------ "Don't Hate the GAME Hate the FAME" -me

I think the World Anabolic Review 1996 has the best all around information. The Anabolics 2000 has the most up to date pics, so I would get both.

Anabolics 2000 is a great book, but I prefer the world anabolic review. I havent read Dan Duchaine books, but they should be great. |
