Occasionally in Mexico you will cross a shop that carries the Australian veterinary injectible Stanazolic (Ilium) in 20 ml vials.
This is becoming more common, as many vet clinics are now importing Australian steriods. Just be sure the vial contains a security hologram.

For injectable, the only legitimate items left are really seen on the black market are the Italian 1ml vial (with rubber stopper) and Spanish 1 ml ampule, both from Zambon.
