This is just a rough estimate so don't take it a scripture. 220lbs/male That is just a starting point. You will need to determine what your body will need but you need somewhere to start. Many factors will determine what it takes to make you grow(training, rest, metabolism). If you are gaining too much fat then appearantly you ae consuming too many total calories. If you arn't gaining then you will need to add calories in to your diet.
