I use Prolab. I don't really soley on these preperations for protein. I eat loads of chicken and turkey (I would eat fish but can't stand the taste). In my opinion the pre-mix proteins are assimalted far quicker and oxidised. I always put in a little oil (saflower, olive, flax, etc) and try to have it after food. Whatever happened to 'Designer' protein? Never used it but is was hyped.. And bloody expensive. ------------------ | ||

Guys, never noticed that there where this many from the UK, seems like a good tread on which to make my first post! Been watching the board for about 7/8 months now, just kind of 'absorbing'. I go for Pro Peptide from Chemical Nutrition / Dorian Yates Approved. | ||

COME ON THE BRITS!! Where can I source the Chemical Warfare stuff from? And how much is it? As for the Prolab stuff: their range is huge. Which of the proteins is best for lean muscle mass (ie low carb). ------------------ | ||

I use Pro peptide and Ravager for protein. Pro mass for bulk. I also like the solgar predigested liquid protein. It tastes like sh*t but gets straight into your system. | ||

Its sourced from a German manufacturer.got my 20 KG Sack today..man thats gonna last me a good 3 off months. I got a analysis sheet which puts it at 75% protein. Its good enough for me.....and there NOONE that can get it cheaper in the UK. Nutrisports website is www.nutrisport.co.uk.........but ur better off going to www.skgn.co.uk...they will do 5kg Isolate for �58 per 5KG.......thats also the best ull find in the UK | ||
