you won't see a hell of benefits. but it helps to increase appetite a little, do some good for your nerve system and metabolism... every little bit is good i think... and B12 just good is a vitamin  | ||

yo bro! oral B12 is 85-90% waste! It will be almost destroyed by your stomach and guts. Only injectable is the way to go... | ||

Increased pumps, Increased Energy, Increased appetite. All noticable, but not extremelt drastic. I just startd the stuff, I had a couple bottles laying around, and had to take some aratest shots. And lemme ask you guys this? How many times have you seen mix b-12 with sus or aratest to take the sting out?? Thats bullshit, b-12 is water based and doesn't even mix with the oil based test's - no mixing = no dillution (sp) of the prop = still stinging. I can't believe how many times I saw that posted, and no one ever mentioned it was water based. Kingwinny, sorry I can't point you at the right direction... May be someone else?... Slopain, I think BigJay meant Winstrol under "AAS". I'm agree with you that is total bullshit to mix B12 with oil based roids... | ||

Slopain I think b12 is avalable both in water and oilbased so you could use it with sust (I think) |
