I'm not a big fan of tuna, and I know a lot of people are sick of it, so what recipes do you guys have to mask the taste... or even make it taste good?

My favorites are tuna with oil, vinigar, habichuelas Rosadas (pink beans) by Goya with a little bit of salt or the classic tuna-fish sandwich with mayonese on whole-wheat bread.
P.S. I read in Flex magazine that when Flex Wheeler was poor he used to eat plain tun by taking one bite of bannana followed by a bite of tuna. Never tried it but am going to one of these days.

Make a nice size dish of spaghetti, when bulking of course, and put the tuna in the sauce, it tastes great, if ur watching ur calories, a small dish of pasta is ok, and put tuna on it and add balsamic vinegar. Tastes pretty good.

Take a can of tuna and mix with mannayase (however you spell it) and then maybe a little sweet pickles and it makes a great sandwhich!!

I actually love tuna so I eat it straight out of the can.

Tuna, drained, straight from the can, put onto a plate, place a slice of low fat cheese over the tuna, put in microwave for approx. 45 secs.

Goes down very easy and actually tastes good!

Tuna mixed with pasta and cheese when bulking. Or toasted tuna sandwhiches with cheese. Takes away all the taste of tuna

Tuna with non-fat yogurt, dill weed, on whole wheat pita. :P Alfalfa sprouts give it some crunch.

I always get my tuna in a sandwich- Try this:

1.1 can of tuna
2.1/4 of a chopped onion
3.1/3 of a chopped celery stalk
4.1/2 tablespoon of salt
5.1 table spoon black pepper
6.1 tablespoon paprika
7.1 and 1/2 tablespoons low fat mayo

This recipe makes 2 sandwiches and has about 75 grams protein (depending on the bread) and at the most 10 grams of fat (depending on the mayo you're using). Enjoy!

I get a can of stewed tomatoes and mix the tomatoes with the tuna. I don't use the tomatoe juice inteh can because it makes the meal too mushy.

Tastes great. They now have all sorts of flavored stewd tomatoes!

Enjoy

This one guy at the gym used to take 2 cans of tuna, a half stick of butter, BBQ sauce, hot sauce and microwave it.

He did this while bulking and said it tasted great...I've never tried it and didn't want to. I just use tuna, mayo, and relish to make sandwiches.
