when, you think "more is more" when you dont use free weights when you only eat three meals a day when you work chest 7x a week lol! you work out for 3hrs a day( i did this when i started shamefully) you dont pose and look at yourself naked in the mirror ot see how big you've gotten, hehe you dont deadlift, or squat. you get scammed from trying to buy GH from Flex magazine thats all i can think of now. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You believe it when MUSCLE AND FITNESS shows some huge bodybuilder eating some baked fish and a little salad for lunch, and who says his work out consists of a tremendous number of sets of every exercise imaginable and that he is natural. If this were the case - every resident of a third world country would be huge. The huge guy with ropes for veins tells you his secret is creatine. You unload all the weights from one side of the barbell first and the thing flips up spilling the other side on the floor. You are using a machine for leg extensions or something, and after trying one rep decide it either too much or too little weight - so without removing your legs you take the pin out of the stack of weights.....and then struggle for 10 minutes trying to get it to go back in. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

you skip school because it's gold card day at GNC and nitrotech is on sale... you hide your andro use from your training partner afraid that he will know your "cheating" LOL 6 exercises and 4-5 sets each for chest. you substitute leg press for barbell squats "cause you can use heavier weight" "deadlift is only for powerlifters right?" you have to eat 200-400 grams of protein a day, and carbs don't matter. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
