hey guys, ive been reading pauls site at biohazard, and have read a few good things from others. i have decided to hire paul as my personal consultant regarding training and supplementation. anyone ever used pauls services, and what did you guys think? ill keep all updated on my progress, and well see how it goes. -Pops     | ||

He might seem to be straight with you at the start, but watch out. I know several people who have had trouble with him. Some of his ideas are CRAZY and he ends up screwing you by not answering any e mails or phone calls. I know for a fact that his so called degrees, masters, doctorates, etc. are all bullshit. The guy used to be somewhat of a good person, now all I hear is bad things. BE CAREFUL BRO. | ||

No offense, but there are no magic bullets. . .except maybe Test and dbol (LOL), I wouldn't waste too much money and time looking for someone else to come up with the answers. Read, go to the gym and watch, ask people who know what they are doing, train hard, eat right and before you know it. . .you've done it on your own. I would steer clear of guys like this. . .snake oil or getting rich from late nite infomercials sounds familiar. | ||

Kodiak is right. There are no "secrets". There really aren't. Nor is there any magic. Hard work, thourough research and common sense will get you there just as fast as any "guru" can take you. | ||

I like his methods, I like his reasons for doing some things. I also think somethings are done over the top. However stick around the board and read loads of letters and documents on the subject and thats all you are gonna need. ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try | ||

His short high intensity cycles aren't such a revolutionary thing been there done that and the result were no better than a regular cycle. And most of his priciples are based on conclusions he thought up, not scientific facts. He does knows his shit about gear, but then again so do alot of people on this board and the info here is free. Kodiak said it right with "there are no magic bullets" Don't fall for that extra sense of security or value you think your getting because your paying good money for something that should be and is free. I'm sure Mr. Borrenson is not a big fan of AS boards IG | ||

Some of his views are not so " revoultionary " in a sense that someone has been there befor....Since Dan Duchaine passed away, everyone is now looking to him for direction... Alot of his cycles are very low, even by newbie standards...some of his thoughts I like...but most, I take with a grain of salt.... Save your money and learn here.....Hell, you could get cheaper prices from E2 or Macro for that matter.... Ranger |
